filters appear to work, but the carboard boarder starts to fall apart after being in the HVAC unit for 30 days. Thus difficult to remove sometimes

I was disappointed to only receive 2 filters. The ordering details was unclear, in that the pricing intimated the cost was for a 2-pack, when in fact it was for individual filters.
