Standard filters are ok but custom filters is another matter! I was disappointed with the custom filters! they were just taped together from smaller filters! Ugh….

I love these filters. Affordable and effective. It's amazing to see how much they have collected when it's time to change them. The subscription service is great. A little extra savings and a subtle reminder that you forgot to change them. LOL. But I usually notice when it's time if I forget, I find myself sneezing and having itchy eyes in the house. Which always improves once I change them

The packaging for this filter cartridge is absolutely terrible; the seller simply wrapped it in plastic film without even putting it in a cardboard box. I bought six at once but only use one at a time—where am I supposed to store the remaining five?

Buying for years first time left on front porch without box just before rain storm, at least had plastic covering. But could have been worst.
