The filters came well-protected in the box. I now have a cat, so with this order I moved up the level of filters. I think my house is relatively clean, but when I switch out filters, they tell me otherwise.

For hard to find and custom sized HVAC filters you can't go wrong with FilterBuy. For HVAC filters in common and easy to find sizes I've seen better looking filters like 3M Filtrete Ultra Allergen filters as example. From a price to performance perspective FilterBuy is competitive. I think the HVAC filter market as a whole is overpriced compared to say, engine oil filter prices.

24x24 sounds like it would be a common size, but it's not always available in big box stores, so having a reasonably priced source is a good thing. I'll be ordering again.
