12x24x1 filter dimensions.

Actual dimensions make filter too small to stay up in the ceiling return grill. I had to add about 1/2 padding to hold filter in place.

I am happy with the transaction. The online ordering was easy. Honestly I know nothing about a well working filter... I know I just have to change them, seems to do the job, thank you
