The size of the filters no longer fit my system. Prior to my current order the filter - 18 x 18 x 1 has always beenactually 17 1/2 x 17 1/2 x 1; now they are17 3/4 x 17 3/4 x 1 and no longer fit.

Very snug fit. Have deform the filter slightly. To fit. Does drop in like other filters.
