Assistance support - Warranty / Replacement Part Request – Chefman Waffle Maker RJ04-V3

Dear Chefman Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding my Chefman Waffle Maker, model RJ04-V3 Rolling Waffle Maker (120V, 60Hz, 1080W). The appliance has a damaged plastic part in the rotation mechanism (please see attached photos), specifically in the support area where the rotating system locks in place. This damage prevents the unit from operating properly, as it cannot rotate or secure correctly.
I would like to know:
1. If this type of damage is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
2. If not, whether it is possible to purchase the replacement part to repair the unit.
3. The process I should follow to either file a warranty claim or order the replacement part.
