What a disappointment

Just too it out of the box for first use and it stopped working. Tried multiple outlets. No lights, no heat. Highly disappointed.

We went months trying to decide on a waffle maker that would work for us. This model did not disappoint for how even it cooks. The unit was small than expected but the rest make it a solid purchase.

Plugged it in first time and it's broken

Terrible product - we went to use the waffle maker for the first time. Followed all the product instructions, but the first waffle wa sonly cooked on one side. The second waffle was in and all the lights went out on the machine. This waffle was steamed. Now the machine will not function at all.
