Product is great, but as mentioned above, you should print on owners manual when it is time to rotate the waffle maker after pouring batter.

It has to placed on dark to be crispy, but works great!

So far so good after one day. Will take a little time to get used to to the amount of waffle liquid to put on the waffle maker.
