Waffle maker broke after two uses

The model was slow to heat unless turned to the highest setting. The second time we used it, the dial broke in such a way that it only turns on when the dial is in the “off” position.

Great price point, comes with an easy direction book and anybody can understand it. Just made over 20 waffles in one go, super easy. 10/10!!

Today was the first day using it and it was so easy its not even funny.
Very simple to clean. Heats up in 5 minutes. Just make sure that you get the little Styrofoam circle out of it before you start it up. I didn't but I got it in time though
