The knub that tightens the Product keeps getting loose whenever the car hits a pothole.

This phone mount exceeded my expectations. The extension arm and swivel feature allow for excellent visibility while driving. My phone stays firmly in place, and there is very little vibration. It is easy to insert and remove the phone with one hand, making it ideal for daily commuting and long trips. Highly recommended.
