The sounds is good, the quality is good, durability is good. I got mine two years ago and now if a wear the headphones more than 30 minutes it’s crazy how it hurt. Those are comfortable for a little bit of time that’s true they are awesome when they are brand new not gonna lie, but now All the time I think my hear will explose it hurt bad not that comfortable tho. It feels like my ears gonna bleed
the sound quality is nice, a bit worse than sony xm5, but the build quality is utter crap. In just under two years, the headphone has not broken once but twice when the plastic snaped off. Not through falls or slips mind you, just one day suddenly when I put it on it snapped right off. The paint on the top also scrapped off after a year or so, and you can see the jagged little edges where it's off.
Worked great at the start, I had high hopes these headphones would last a while due to the price point and positive reviews. Now 1.5 years after usung them there's loud, popping, crackly sttaic continuously coming out of one of the speakers. Since the manufacturers warrenty is only 1 year I either have to pay to get it fixed myself or buy a new pair ://
This has been my fourth pair of beats headphones now. Every 1-2 years my headphones stop working on one ear, almost like apple might have planned obsolescence in their products again. I’m switching to Sony headphones this time.
For roughly the third time, I've been subjected to having to give away the primary feature of this product (Noise cancellation) because a stupid bug in the noise cancellation software. I've had to give in my headphones 3 times and I'm still getting the issue of static in either the left or right ear. Good product until this happens. The issue I'm talking about is not niche either, it's very common and known by apple/beats who do nothing about it. After this bug, it turns from a 260 Dollar noise cancelling headphone to a 50 dollar headphone playing the ocean in your ear.
