I decided to really pay close attention to drinking this flavor for a review. When it started to brew I got a whiff of coconut. Disclaimer: I add a dash of Stevia and a heaping spoonful of vanilla flavored coffee creamer powder to every cup. I sniffed the coffee after it finished brewing and my additives were in--no coconut scent. First couple of sips, no coconut flavor. This is a very weak coffee with pleasant but non-distinguishable flavor, in my opinion, that is satisfactory and I will keep drinking it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
