This is by far my favorite and I only hope that Keurig makes this a permanent coffee instead of a seasonal item. Everytime I go to order I pray that it is still on there to order, waiting for that day that it isn't there, I will be sad. I use the White Chocolate Mocha creamer and it tastes so good, reminds me of the Mocha Coconut Frap. Delicious!!!
Pros: Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste
Very bitter with no coconut flavor at all. The scent of it brewing gave me a headache...very overpowering. Reminded me of an air freshener I had purchased (same name Island Coconut)that I thought would smell good but sadly neither the freshener or coffee had a sweet coconut aroma. Overpowering floral aroma.
I have this coffee first thing in the morning, and it starts my day off right. I love the taste and the texture of it. It smells amazing as well. Great coffee when you just can't get to an island.
As a coconut lover, I was really excited to try this coffee. Unfortunately I bought a whole box of them instead of a sample. While the aroma is really nice, the flavor is exceptionally thin and weak, even when I set the brewer to the lowest water setting. This coffee is downright thin, whimpy, watery, and boring...and the only way I can think of to fix it is to double (or triple) the amount of coffee in the K-cup, but that would then come up to [$] per cup! Green Mtn can do a lot better by making this coffee richer and bolder while still maintaining the coconut flavor. I am trying to give away what's left of the box I (regetably) bought. [...]
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Not Enough Flavor
