Having loved this coffee for many many years, something has changed Flavor is just not there and it is much stronger Tastes like Starbucks which i hate This is just not the same pumpkin spice I will be trying other brands

I am not pleased with the process so far! It has taken TWO weeks for the tracking the package line to move to shipping!!! It will soon be three weeks since I placed the order. I do not feel this is good customer service. I cannot rate anything because there is NOTHING to rate except SLOW service!
