This is a great flavor and has a good bite to it but nothing overwhelming. However this is no Golden French Toast flavor. Please bring that back!

I have done 6oz & can't taste the pumpkin spice it disappears with all flavors made it two different ways blended. (My younger brother stolen my shaker;) I had to use my protein shakers to mix & pour into a cup.
