I like very strong coffee; I usually buy Double Diamond and when it is not available I buy Dark Magic. I bought a box of Black Granite Coffee to try it. It is not as strong as the other two.

First time trying this Black Granite coffee. I love the aroma it gives off. I love bold coffee on Monday mornings to get me going for the week, and on Friday mornings to get me to the weekend. Smooth flavor and you can definitely tell it has that espresso quality in it. I would call it bolder than bold.

Great for a smaller size cup

Twelve-ounce cup tasted like bitter water, so I tried the next size down. Still tasted watery. And then the next: better but not quite there. At the teacup size it shaped up and tasted like I like my coffee to taste: strong, bold, and deep; but at that size I have to use two pods to make a large-enough cup to satisfy my thirst. If Keurig put 40% more coffee in the pods, it would be my new go-to coffee.

I really like Green Mountain Dark Magic, but this coffee is really awful. It tastes dark, then like warm acid pee. Don’t get it.
