Service was excellent. I have recently installed new systems. I would like to know if I could exchange 16x20x1 as I am going to need to use a metal framed horse hair filter. Could I exchange the 16x20x1 for 20x20x1. And if so what is the procedure.

Cardboard over inflow area

I do not like that the inflow filter area has cardboard on it. This decreases the filter coverage.

I have been using their filters for a few years, and I have been very satisfied with their performance in my A/C system.
