Just installed my first filter on October 1st. Filters purchased and inspected seem of very good quality. The specs are what I requested and will work for the meanwhile. However, I will need to tweak or modify filter specs for next purchase. My specs fall between 20x34x1 and 20x36x1. The 20x36x1 filters from previous company was always a tight and crunched fit to install. Your filters, 20x34x1 was a perfect fit without the sides being crunched into slots or the length being too much and crunched.

The filters arrived with one of them slightly crushed on one end. I was able to slide it into my filter space. It's there now. I'll know more at the end of the month when I inspect it. No reason to think it won't do the job!

I found you on-line as switch from where I was buying and the filters seem to be good. I only have 2 cold air return and change them every 3 months so 6 lasts me a year. The other company would send the filters and one month later start sending emails that it was time to order. They did that almost every week. A reminder once in awhile is a great Idea but weekly is a bummer. Please don't do that.
