Very responsive, caring

Had an issue and they were very responsive to emails and understood the situation. They came up with a solution and was very happy for the outcome. It was something that was completely my fault and they resolved it perfectly!

Good custom filters

I have several filters in 5 different sizes. Mostly unavailable locally. Some need charcoal filters as a layer in the filter. Each year I get an annual supply for the house. Filterbuy makes all sizes, has charcoal filter options, ships quickly, and reasonably priced. A good operation.

easy to order and find. came really fast. would continue to order through here if it wasn't so much cheaper elsewhere. I have way too many to buy to not try and be frugal about it.
