I understand that businesses cannot control the actions of a shipper. However, /any/ packaging with the filter medium is better than none at all. The first shipment was crushed, so I requested replacements. The replacements were crushed. I'll keep these, but I likely will not be back.

Poor Fit

These filters are a little on the small side and do not fit snugly. As the furnace cycles on and off the filter moves up and down making noise. Also they whistle as the air is being pulled through it. Will not buy again.

I have used these filters before and was very pleased with them. So, I purchase them in bulk now, which makes them cheaper for me. I have much less dust on furniture and in air. Great product.
