Air filter purchase

Filters were advertised as 24x25x1, Merv 8. They were actually 25x25x1, Merv 13. The original markings had been obscured and the advertised size written in. I kept them (they barely fit with effort) because I assumed the process of returning them would be lengthy and difficult. I won't buy from you again.

Not the right size

The filters themselves were great, but they are not 24.5 x 24.5. The industry has moved to 24.7x24.7, and these filters are no different. Due to the increased size, the filters wouldn't fit my system (which is very particular for some reason). The team at AirFilterBuy was great in dealing with the issue, but I was still disappointed that I couldn't use the filters. Really wish I could give a higher rating, and I'm sure anyone who doesn't have a finnicky sized system will be more than happy with these.

Simple-low price-quality

Feeling like I am the only one with an irregular air filter lead me to searching online retailers for the correct size. I found the site to be easy to navigate and search out the size and MERV of the filter I wished to buy. It was cheaper than the box stores, but more importantly, the filters showed up on time with no damage. After opening the box I found quality air filters that I was glad to install, instead of the super cheap ones an individual would place in a rental. Overall I saved some money and found what I needed quickly.

Buying filters are a pain and can be expensive. It was very easy to buy what I needed, in the correct size, and for a great price.
