This is supposed to be 4" but it is not. It is only 3" wide. Very deceptive the way you advertised this filter I have purchased other filters 20x25x4 and it is actually 4"

First time buyer and filters came crushed/bent and torn. We were able to straighten them enough to make them work but not at all ideal.
