Filter was thiner than advertise when i iswap the old filter for the new filter there was a 1 difference thick

Ive had lots of trouble finding a filter that actually fits in my unit. While they all list the same general dimensions, they are not all the same. This one slid right in! I will be back in a few years to buy more from you!

NOT the size as advertised!

Very disappointed in this purchase. The filters are advertised as 20x20x4 but are NOT that size, they are 19. 3x19. 3x3. 25. These don't fit at all, entirely too small. Will not order again.

In large print the ad said 16x25x4, I am sure in tiny font it said the actual size, which was 1/2 smaller in 3 dimensions than what fits welll in my HVAC . Had to add tape so it wouldnt fall through.

overall fine, but probably won't buy again

Filters arrived slightly crunched. Box had no internal padding so filters probably got banged around. Price is great, but if i buy 2 filters for the price of 1 but they only last half as long as my previous filters, have I really saved any money?
