It appears to be a very good product. I just installed today. High quality materials. I can not truly give it a 5 rating until the next filter change. This is my first use of the product. Thanks Dan Bongino for the heads up.

Filters do not fit the 16x25x4 opening ..these filters are too small in all dimensions. Will return to FILTRETTE from here on out.

Quick accurate service!

Locally 4" filters are almost impossible to find unless you need actual 4" filters. My furnaces take the filters that are slightly thinner, and the HVAC installer charges an arm and a leg for the thinner filters. FilterBuy saved me over 50%

Great service and options, size a bit off

So far so good. The only concern I have is that the 20 x 25 x 4 filters i ordered are almost 1/2 inch short in one direction and barely fit without leaving a (large) gap. There may be small gaps I cant see.
