Noisey filters

The filters have smaller outside dimensions than the ones I have previously used and do not fit firmly in the filter housings. They flop around in the housing and do not seal properly. There is a whistling noise when the air handler is on. This has never happened with the other filters I have used. Some of the the filters look like they are put together poorly the filter material is crushed and not evenly spaced. I am not happy with this product and would not buy again.

Great filters

First of all the filters were not damaged! I have ordered elsewhere from other stores and they always came damaged. These filters have a sturdy frame, filters very well and priced very reasonably. Also, made in the U.S.A. I am a first time buyer from them and will feel very comfortable purchasing filters from them in the future.

I have not used the filters for more than a couple of days but based on that limited experience I think these are great and less expensive that 3M.

Too loose

The quality of the filter is fine; however, cutting corners by making the size slightly smaller has resulted in making the filter too loose. I had to add a block to the edge so that the strong suction would not pull particles through the loose edge which would make the purpose of the filter useless. I shouldn't have to alter what I purchased to be the ideal fit. The cheap temporary filtrete filter I used fit like a glove. Can you correct this for me?

Perfect Fit

This is the first filter that fit in my ceiling intake since moving here. All other needed pushed and tugged. Sometimes even ripped. Really appreciate made in USA.
