Cheaply Made

Purchased a pack of 5 18x24. Filters are approx. 1/2 inch short of the dimensions in my air vent and bow inwards when the A/C unit is running. I use masking tape to complete the seal. I'll go back to the Filtrete when the 5 are gone.

I was told by the new furnace installer to buy 18x24 filters, which were not the right size, so Fillterbuy sent the 16x24. I have installed one and it's doing a great job!

Not the correct size filter is too small. Will not seat properly. Filter was rounded up to the next whole number, should have been rounded DOWN!

These filters do not even come close to the Filtrete filters I use. I ordered 18 X 24 x 1, and what I received was a quarter inch smaller all the way around. I am totally dissatisfied with this and I will not be buying from this company again unless they make it right? I bought four of these and they are useless!!!
