Needed 25x20x4.....so the furnace says. Actually needed the 25 and 20 sides to be slightly short. This is working out great.

the 16 x 25 x 4 filter measured 15.5 x 24.5 x 3.5 it fit poorly in my unit, air could blow around it I am not sure why your filters are undersized. I replaced it with a Honeywell one which measures exactly as it should.

Purchase of hvac filters

Purchased 6 20x20x4 and 6 20x25x4 hvac filters. Filters seem ok, but the dimensions were not what I ordered. They are smaller by an inch or so and fit loosely in the units. Hopefully the gaps are not a problem and they will still perform ok. Would have preferred the actual size I ordered..
