The filters are smaller in size than the Honeywell and do not fit And the best part is they know what they are doing - pathetic

Get with the filter program

Face it, air filters are the last thing on your list of stuff to think about. But when you need to change the filters its great to have a high quality filter handy so you don't need to make a special trip to the store. That's why I got on a filter program. You will change them more often and save your system a lot of wear and tear. Filters are much cheaper than condenser repairs.

Filters true size in small print, dont make the mistake i did

The filter is smaller then the size listed. I have always purchased another brand but tried to save a few dollars, so when I placed filter into the slot it was too thin and too short to lock in leaving space for dust to work its way around the filter and into the system which could cause a nightmare if left in. I wish I would have listened to other reviews. Cheaper filters don't work if they aren't the size stated. So after buying these I had to buy the other brand anyway.

Filters look great. Several filter frames were bent significantly during shipment. I had to bend and rebend the frames so that air did not leak around the edges of the filters

Short edge of the filter was crushed.. There was no damage to the packaging, so I would assume this was from the factory. Also, spacing in the filter was in consistent, the first half of the filter was complete bunched up while the other half was spaced nicely
