The filter is solid, strong, and made of quality material. We are glad we went with the middle grade filter to help make breathing easier. It was very easy to install.

Filters were shipped very quickly, packed on a sturdy box. Entire transaction was quick and easy, the price was very competitive, and the new filters are performing very well.I will use this company again when it's replacement time.

I bought the filters thinking that they were the -line design, with the raised rim around the edges. I have emailed your company already about this, but have not heard back from you. Communication could certainly help with this situation.

This does not have the boards on the side to slide into our furnace. It is the correct size and merv but does not fit. How do I return it?

I ordered 16x25x4 and they are not 4 inches! Stuck paying for 4 filters. I would not recommend and will not order again.
