The filters I bought from

The filters I bought from you turned out to be the wrong size. This was mostly my fault; I ordered them based on the nominal or 'labeled' size (16 x 25 x 4"), but the actual size is about 1/2 inch smaller in width, and similar with the other two dimensions. I didn't measure the actual size of the filters they will replace before ordering. It turns out that the original (branded) filters' dimensions are very close to the nominal size. Returning the filters to Alabama would likely be expensive, so I'm thinking to modify the ones I got from you by gluing pieces of cardboard to the edges of the filters to make them wider, etc. That's a job, for 10 filters. I hadn't hd this kind of problem with your filters with our old HVAC equipment, but we got new equipment 5 months ago.

I will not be using them until next month. I just purchased them in advance so I could replace my existing Filterbuy filter on time. Filterbuy makes a great filter that works well at our house.

The filters are slightly smaller than advertised which allows for a loose fit and gap which impacts their efficiency and air filtration. Very unhappy customer
