Filter fit perfectly. Former homeowner had never changed put filter, for at least 10 years, and it was so nasty. I cleaned area out as best I could, and once the filter arrived, placed it where it belonged. It fit perfectly and the air is so much fresher!

One size doesn’t fit all

Why is their no standard sizing for these things? Different brands have different sizes, so fit better than others. Filterbuy is a bit smaller than comparable Filtrete of the same size, they all have their interpretation of 20x25x4.
These may be great filters, and I knew the actual size before I bought, just don’t understand why there isn’t a standard. Lot of space around these compared to my filtrete.
