I was charged for the Merv 13 air filters and given the Merv 11 air filters, true to size is not even close it barely fits in its designated area even though the one I pulled out says it's the exact same size

Filters are smaller than labeled

Been a Filter Buy customer for years and loved them and their products. Never had any issues. Recently bought a new HVAC system that takes 16x25x4 filters. It was time to make my first filter change and put the new FilterBuy one in and it was smaller, leaving gaps. Took it out and put it next to the old one and it was smaller. Only about 3. 25 inches tall and only 15. 25 inches wide. This caused the filter to not fit snuggly and allows air to flow around it unfiltered into my system. I bought a pack of 3 and all three were not 16x25x4, all were smaller than labeled. Unfortunate, because I liked FilterBuy.

Filter was thiner than advertise when i iswap the old filter for the new filter there was a 1 difference thick

Ive had lots of trouble finding a filter that actually fits in my unit. While they all list the same general dimensions, they are not all the same. This one slid right in! I will be back in a few years to buy more from you!
