The particular filters I selected

The particular filters I selected were very disappointing. They were much smaller that the specified size. Although the actual size was posted, I did not pay much attention as I thought the difference would be nominal. The filters took a very long time to ship from your warehouse and will need to order them well in advance next time. Great concept and good price but need to be more aware of timing and size of the filters...

The Merv 11 filters are

The Merv 11 filters are not as dense as the Gold. Not to any fault of the manufacturer, but the Merv 11 feel cheap and won't last as long. Buyers fault.
