It was easy to order these filters on-line, we talked to a very helpful clerk, and got our filters in a timely manner. We checked to make sure they would fit, but havent used them yet as we already had a new one in place.

I would like if all filters were sealed in plastic not just the MERV 13 if I had known I would have ordered the MERV 13s. Otherwise very happy with purchase.
