Filter is too small

I ordered the same size as the replaced filter, but these filters were 0. 5 inches or so smaller on every dimension. Air will easily leak around the filter. Sorry, but I will not buy again.

Does not replace 4" Honeywell filters. Actual size is 3-5/8".

I purchased eighteen of these filter because they are labelled "4 inch media filters". The actual size is 3-5/8" so they do not fit my Honeywell filter housing.
