Not quite big enough

This matched the manufacturer's number/size but upon installation hubby says it is about 1/2" shy. I will cancel my reorder until I figure out what went wrong.

Too Small

The filters were smaller than advertised. When I put them next to the old filters they were about 1/4 of an inch smaller than advertised. When Iinserted them into the AC they had gaps on the topand sides. I will not order them again!!!!!!
