I have bought this size filter at big box stores and it would not fit. This filter fit perfectly. So glad I found Filter Buy. Will be buying more very soon.

Needed 25x20x4.....so the furnace says. Actually needed the 25 and 20 sides to be slightly short. This is working out great.

the 16 x 25 x 4 filter measured 15.5 x 24.5 x 3.5 it fit poorly in my unit, air could blow around it I am not sure why your filters are undersized. I replaced it with a Honeywell one which measures exactly as it should.
