The 16X25X4 filters were a bit smaller than the honey wells I used to buy (they fit my opening perfectly) I actually had to shim up filterbuys. I can't understand why filterbuys would be smaller than Honeywells.

Im so upset about this because I did not subscribe it. Number one in the number two is without my permission. You charge my card and send me the filters when I already have them so that was very disappointing.

Poor Packaging

The filters are fine. I am not sure what is going on with packaging but sending four filters without a box with cheap tape is a terrible idea. If this is the new plan for packaging I will be taking my business elsewhere. By the time my filters made it to me the cheap tape broke and the filters were all over the place. Thats a terrible way to cut costs.

Less surface area due to number of folds and depth of filter. Not worth the money since it is NOT comparable to other quality filters.

My HVAC system was replaced last summer and I had to start buying filters which were much larger than my old ones. Filterbuy offered the right size for a very reasonable price. I'm now going to order more!
