They didn't fit, all measurements were off by 3/4 inch not a true 20x20x4 more like 19x19x3 1/4

I had to cut down the filter in order for it to fit my unit. The actual size is different than what you send me. I make it work but not sure I will be ordering them from you again.

I have a skuttle 16x20

I have a skuttle 16x20 air filter. fits fine. I ordered a 16x20 from you and it is 1"too short and 1/2" too narrow. Now I'm stuck with a useless filter
