We just recently upgraded our HVAC system and these are the first replacement filters we have purchased. We think that the price was fair and the reviews that we read suggested that Filterbuy is a good-quality filter and reputable company. We'll look forward to seeing how they work out! To "4" or "5" - that's the Q

Willing to try a new product - ordered 5. Only Question I have is the "true" dimensions. They are thinner than the other product I was buying. Should I have purchased a "5" instead of "4". System requires 16/25/4 but Filterbuy's "5" might be a better fuller width fit since the "4" is not as sung as a Honeywell "4"

This filter was not as advertised. It was an entire inch thinner than the 16x25x4 Honeywell one.

I found that the supplier of the furnace had bad or outdated software. I have now, 20 x 25 x 4 filters that will work.
