Bought 5 of the Merv11 Filters for my hvac air conditioning unit. My Size is hard to find in stores here in Melbourne FL. The summer is upon us and just had my a/c unit serviced so were ready to go! Size of the filter is not correct

I would like to return the filters. I am disappointed with the size my filter. Housing is 4 inch but the filter you sent me a 3 1/2 inch I cannot use it on your website. It says 4 inch. This is not a 2 x 4 its a filter it has to seal it up if any open area not only the vet. The height is short as well.
