I purchased 4 of these last year but didn't create an acct. I didn't pay close attention but I thought the pleats were evenly spaced. These, that I purchased this year are not. The one that measured range from a1/2" to 1-1/2'. and they are placed in the frame crooked. I have an old flip phone and cannot provide you with pictures nor video. otherwise, a GREAT filter!!

Our HVAC company confirmed that Filterbuy is their source. The prior home had electronic filters to wash in the driveway.

I’m happy with these guys. It comes when it’s supposed to, they’ve made changes to the packaging to make it more robust over the years, I’d recommend.
