Good product bad return service!

Good service except when we bought the wrong size, to return & replace for correct size cost more than the filters cost us. Not a good policy! So much for buying extra filters.

Hoping for better frame material

I was looking for something other than the paper frame filters at big box stores but these are really the same thing. The humidity in my system causes this type to disintegrate in a month. If someone makes filters with a plastic type frame theyll have a customer for life.
