I have not used them yet, so hard to evaluate. I always get spares when I install my last one. Much better price than big box.

We had to get an entire new HVAC system. This is the size that it takes. We only have to replace it once a year.

Filter is not really 20x25, and is a bit smaller. Actual dimensions are printed in smaller text on the filter. As a result there are gaps around the filter in both of my units and air gets around the filters. Other brands I have used fit nice and tight with no air leakage. The pleat folds are also inconsistent where one filter had some pleats stuck to each other.
