It did not fit and your company has not responded or corrected the problem or sent me new filters that fit.I have ordered filters from your company for several years and I am very surprised at the lack of response.Kate Culligan

Price great. Delivery quick but the actual size is not true

I would give it a 5 star for the price but not having actual true size has forced me to cut each filter to make fit. Going with the next size down would lead to air bypass. It seems this is a common issue across the filter sites. Only 1 or 2 can provide but at an extreme price. I will spend the 2 mins every 3 months making the cut.

Shipment not packing not good. Box too big for filters causing them to be crushed.

Awesome quality filters and the price was better than either of the big box stores in my area. I will continue to purchase from Filter Buy.
