Ordered a custom size-they made 1 in longer They did replace 1 week later. Box a little crushed-as were filters but still usable.Also, the request for a review stated a whole other sized filter so.....

The price was competitive but you really don't know what your getting. The filters that I received are not marked as to what MERV rating they are.

Good service - great shipping time. Cannot get this size in the store. 12 filters last me a LONG time. I try to be very faithful about changing the filter every 30 days - especially in winter when the furnace runs more - sometimes 6 weeks during spring and non hot days when the A/C is not running. Good price.

I have an odd size filter with an odd merv rating and wanted to stay with original spec numbers. Not stocked anywhere but got it at a reasonable price in no time at all
