Filter pleats are irregularly spaced

Filter pleats are irregularly spaced being bunched in some area and widely spaced in the same filter. Appear sloppy. I could not find the previous brand on the web during Covid.

These are great filters. I looked all over for them at the local home improvement stores and could not find the correct size. FilterBuy has the exact size I needed and they were competitively priced. Plus they shipped right to my door. I am very pleased with them.

Not a true 4 inches

I would not recommend this filter. It is not truly 4 inches. My 3M 20x20x4 filter filled up the entire space, where as this filter left a huge gap since its not a true 4 inches. Go for 3M instead; its worth the money.

The filters were not the quality that I expected and they were not deep enough to fit my filter space. I called Filterbuy for a return, they were not accepting returns but they did credit my account. I was able to find someone that could use them.

Love the filter. The only down side is that there exact size is smaller than those I purchase locally and is not as tight of a fit.
