I ordered 12 x 20 x 4 and you sent me filters that are too small to fit in the metal guides of my electronic filter. What can I do to remedy this problem?

I've bought these previously and have always been satisfied. This time around 1 of the 3 filters was bent. I managed to straighten it out sufficiently but feel that a sturdier box would have prevented this small issue. I'm still happy with the filters and will buy again in the future.
