The custom size came out

The custom size came out perfect. i have been struggling for years with a so-called Mfg. recommendation, which was always hard to find. this product fits perfectly and was easy to install.

The filters don't fit

The filters sized 20x25x5 are actually 1/8 larger so don't fit. Poor marketing and I won't recommend this company.

Purchased filters for our three a/c units all different sizes. Had a slight issue with sizing but they resolved quickly and professionally. Would use them again without hesitation.

Filters a bit smaller than other filters of rated size I have purchased in stores. Not sure what standards there are on rated size.

These filters have a good cardboard frame around the pleated media, unlike what I'm finding in my local hardware store. They fit perfectly and keep the dust out of the a/c coil.
