Finding filters for my HVAC was difficult until Filter Buy. Just had to plug in the size and there they were. Makes filter replacement easy.

Small size, great fileration

I got this from a advertisement I heard from a podcast I listen to, while they seem to be great filters the size dimensions are wrong. I ordered mine by the size that was listed on the website but when I got them, they were too small. What I ordered was a 12x20x1 on the size, and what it says on the side is that the actual size is 11.5x19.5x.75, all inches and what I actually measured was 11.5x19.5x.75 inches, which is what it says, but in my opinion the size you order should be the size you get. I have to put a spacer in the unit to keep the filter from moving, when the unit turns on it's ok until it turns off, then the filter shifts and there's at least a 1/4" gap at the end, which defeats the purpose of having a filter in the first place.Just to compare I also have a 3M Filtrete filter of the same compared size with the same measurements, and what I measured on the 3M filter was 11 and 7/8", the length is 19 7/8" and depth was 7/8". I didn't see a "actual size" on the package, I might have missed it but it sure fits much better than these. I don't want this review to be a negative but a positive to the company to improve things, as I said I believe that what size you order is what you should get, maybe it's a industry standard on size I'm not sure, I will certainly use the 3 that I ordered but if this is not addressed I'm afraid to say that I may not order any more.

I am glad I found this site. My size filters are always hard to find. I found this company and I will continue to orders my filters from this organization. My filters came in a huge box and on time. It was simple and easy.

Best filters for the money! I like have extra filters on hand so they get changed when the need to be and not delayed because needing to go to the store to pick them up.
